Three clicks to a more secure camera
We highly recommend changing the default password or your camera’s admin account.
Please consider using at least 8 characters that contains both case letters, numbers, and special characters.
We do NOT store, neither have access to your camera’s admin password.
The camera requires a factory reset to the default settings if the admin password was lost.

Create additional user accounts
Multiple users can access the camera simultaneously. The safest way to offer live view to others is by creating unprivileged viewing only accounts. Unprivileged accounts can stream the live feed but can’t change any of the settings.

Change Camera Password
Without a safe admin password, the camera is vulnerable. If the admin password has been changed by another entity, the camera will need to be reset to regain access. Change Camera Password explains in screen shots how to make the camera more secure with only a few clicks.
